Team Head Client Service (m/f/d)

As the European subsidiary of the American group EVO Payments International, EVO offers innovative, reliable and secure solutions for the acceptance of debit and credit cards as well as other payment methods (e.g. PayPal, paydirekt) in retail, e-commerce and ATMs. Further services complete the full service portfolio.

Your challenges
  • Active participation in day-to-day business
  • Technical management of the “Client Service” team with 4 employees
  • Continuous efficiency and process improvement
  • Ensuring availability and compliance with all SLAs
  • Responsibility for training employees in the area
  • Escalation level for customer complaints
  • Creation of internal reports
  • Regular takeover of on-call duties as part of team rotation
  • Accompanying special projects
  • Support Head of Client Management
  • Professional vacation replacement Head of Client Management
Your skills
  • Successfully completed commercial or technical training, min. 2 years Leadership Experience 
  • Profound experience of several years in the area of client service / customer care
  • Confident appearance and very good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Service-oriented action, “hands-on” mentality
  • Efficient and responsible way of working
  • High customer and solution orientation
  • Good understanding of technical processes and procedures
  • Very good knowledge of English due to the international orientation of the position
  • Achievement of exact results and time / deadline pressure
  • Confident handling of MS Office product world
