General Manager Germany
Anna Bejaoui is part of the top management of EVO Payments Germany and is responsible for the market side and thus the strategic orientation and further development of the company.
Anna Bejaoui has over 20 years of experience in the payment industry. A lawyer by training, she worked as a lawyer before starting her career in the payments industry at global payments provider First Data. There she first worked in Business Development and later became Head of Legal with responsibility for Continental Europe. Prior to joining EVO Payments, Anna Bejaoui held various management positions and was most recently a member of the management team of First Data in Germany as General Manager.
Chief Financial Officer
Mark Freese is part of the Executive Board and responsible for Finance and Risk Management as well as Legal & Compliance.
After studying economics, Mark Freese began his career in tax consulting and auditing at Arthur Andersen before moving into the finance sector of industry. He has been active in the payment industry in management positions since 2009 and as Managing Director since 2011, with positions at First Data and Concardis.
Worldwide Chief Information Officer / Chief Information Officer Europe
Michael L. Reidenbach is part of the management team and responsible for the strategic and operational IT direction, data security and compliance of EVO Europe and worldwide.
Prior to joining EVO, Michael Reidenbach was Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer Worldwide at Global Payments and a flight instructor and pilot in the US Air Force. Michael Reidenbach earned a bachelor's degree in computer science from the US Air Force Academy and a master's degree in business administration from Georgia College.
