Outsourcing Manager IT (m/f/d)

As the European subsidiary of the American group EVO Payments International, EVO offers innovative, reliable and secure solutions for the acceptance of debit and credit cards as well as other payment methods (e.g. PayPal, paydirekt) in retail, e-commerce and ATMs. Further services complete the full service portfolio. 

General role and responsibilities
  • The primary role of the Outsourcing Manager – IT is to continuously supervise and coordinate the provision of all outsourced IT services, especially those services performed by the Service Provider, eServices in Warsaw, Poland in accordance with the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the Exhibits.
Specific responsibilities include
  • Supervisory, Audit and Reporting Responsibilities
  • Continuously monitor and review whether the Service Provider has performed all procedures necessary (Application Development and Delivery, Application Management) and foreseen by the MSA and Exhibit A
  • Receive and review the Service Reports supplied by the Service Provider
  • Manage mitigating actions and processes in coordination with the Service Provider if deliverables in the MSA and Exhibit A are not met
  • Perform regular reviews of Service Provider’s performance in accordance with the MSA and Exhibit A
  • Report any major variances in agreed deliverables to the German Management Board on an ongoing basis but a least monthly
  • Prepare an annual report on the performance and service levels of the Service Provider in accordance with the MSA and Exhibit A and present related findings to the German Management Board

Review and approval responsibilities
  • Review and approve Business Requirement Documents being delivered to Service Provider
  • Review and approve project prioritizations for Service Provider to be working on
  • Review information being provided by Service Provider for reporting to outside agencies and auditors, and submit to Legal & Compliance for further reporting
  • Final approval of all invoice payments as per the Service User approval matrix

Coordination responsibilities
  • Update Application Development and Delivery, Application Management (originally submitted to the Service Provider during the transition period) and communicate changes to the Service Provider
  • Inform Service Provider about new contracts signed or existing contracts amended, changes in Service User’s organizational structure and updates on Service User’s operating model
  • Organize trainings for Service Provider personnel in case new processes are implemented by Service User
  • Provide required Service User system access for Service Provider staff
  • Ensure that the work performed by other Service User departments required by Service Provider, is performed correctly and on time
  • Serve as a contact and escalation point for Service Provider personnel in all communication with Service User staff and vice versa
  • Serve as coordinator for Service User Management and personnel in connection with IT services required from the Service Provider
  • Coordinate the continuous evolution and development of Service User’s IT processes and systems with Service Provider to drive improved deliverables as well as efficiency
  • Archiving of all original documents for future audit reviews
  • Managing and coordinating all future audits between auditors and Service Provider
Profile
  • Comprehensive knowledge and work experience in the IT field
  • Very good communication skills
  • Sovereignty in assertion and appearance
  • High flexibility, motivation and resilience
  • Very good command of written and spoken English
